Welcome to Marinios IPTV. By accessing our website, purchasing a Subscription IPTV USA plan, or utilizing our streaming services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use Marinios IPTV services.

1. Acceptance & Age Requirements

By subscribing to Marinios IPTV, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and utilize our IPTV Premium services.

2. Subscription & Usage Rules

A. Account Access & Credentials

Upon payment confirmation, you will receive login credentials (M3U URL and Xtream Codes API details) to access your Marinios IPTV playlist.

  • Credentials are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

B. Device & Connection Limits

  • Single Connection Rule: Standard subscriptions allow active streaming on one device at a time unless you have specifically purchased a multi-room or multi-device package.
  • Prohibited Sharing: Simultaneous streaming on multiple unauthorized devices or sharing account details with external parties will result in automatic line suspension without refund.

3. Service Requirements & Stream Quality

To ensure high-definition streaming on IPTV 4K and IPTV UHD channels, you must meet minimum technical requirements:

  • Bandwidth: A minimum stable download speed of 15 Mbps for HD streams and 25+ Mbps for 4K/UHD streams.
  • Hardware Compatibility: Services must be run on supported hardware including IPTV Fire Stick, IPTV Android, IPTV Apple TV, Smart TVs, or IPTV MAG boxes.
  • ISP Throttling: We utilize advanced anti-freeze server technology; however, Marinios IPTV is not responsible for stream degradation caused by local Internet Service Provider (ISP) throttling or network congestion.

4. Prohibited Activities

Subscribers are strictly prohibited from engaged in any of the following actions:

  1. Re-streaming or Redistribution: Capturing, re-encoding, or broadcasting Marinios IPTV streams to third parties or secondary networks.
  2. Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, alter, or extract raw code from proprietary player software or server APIs.
  3. Automated Scraping: Using bots, scripts, or automated crawlers to access or extract channel metadata.

5. Channel Lineups & Service Availability

  • Dynamic Updates: We constantly optimize our channel list, VOD movie library, and TV show series. Marinios IPTV reserves the right to add, update, or remove specific channels or VOD titles at any time without prior notice.
  • Maintenance Windows: Temporary server disruptions may occur due to routine server upgrades, software maintenance, or emergency hardware fixes. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime.

6. Payments & Cancellations

  • Billing: All subscription plans are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected during checkout (1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month passes).
  • Refund Policy: Purchases are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marinios IPTV and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Temporary service interruptions or server outages.
  • Incompatibility between our playlists and unverified third-party player applications.
  • Actions taken by local internet providers that impact video delivery.
